Select this option for OUR patients who are in their first year of being a Mississippi Medical Cannabis patient and it is time for your 6 month follow-up. This appointment is for a telemedicine follow-up consult with our doctor so you may continue to participate in the Mississippi Medical Cannabis Program. At the conclusion of your follow-up appointment, we will update your certification for the next 6 months. PLEASE NOTE: Before booking your appointment, please complete our patient Intake Form where you will upload a picture of your valid Mississippi Driver's License (or valid State of Mississippi issued ID) and a picture of your current Mississippi Medical Cannabis card.
