This appointment is for an one on one, in person, consult with our doctor so you may receive the Physician Written Certification required to renew your Mississippi Medical Cannabis Card. If you have been previously diagnosed with one of the Current Qualifying Conditions, then we are here for you. If we find that you do not qualify for your MMJ card, then you will receive a full refund. Unlike, the big cooperate clinics, our re-certs are drastically cheaper than first time certifications. You must be an Mississippi resident over 18 and NOT an ACTIVE member of the military (Mississippi National Guard included). PLEASE NOTE: Before booking your appointment please complete our Patient Intake Form, where you will upload a picture or your valid Mississippi Drivers Licenses (or valid State of Mississippi issued ID), a picture of your previous MSMMJ card, and let us know if you will be bringing your medical records confirming your qualifying condition diagnosis or if we need to request them from your doctor.
